Hello, welcome to the the braintrust that is now known simply as Hyper Mega Corp. We are aiming to make a high quality waterproof skateboard bag. As the group leader I set up the teams infrastructure, including this blog, our spiffy new e-mail account; hypermegacorp@gmail.com , and have tried my best to stay in contact with each member of the team. A few of us live an hour away from Union Square and we all have hectic schedules so a planned group meeting had to be pushed back. I did get the chance however to meet individually with all members of the team and had conversations about our expectations and hopeful outcomes of this project. Needless to say we are very excited to move forward. I have also begun a pre-round of validation by informally speaking to several local skateboarders at the Lower East Side skatepark. I never told them what we were planning on creating, I just asked them simple questions like;
How often do you skateboard?
Do you carry your skateboard with you everywhere you can?
Do you like it when your skateboard gets wet?
Most of the skaters I spoke to use their boards for transportation and recreation as much as the weather permits.
